If you’ve been following rap closely over the past decade, chances are you’ll have heard the work of Paul White. Lauded by the music press as “your favourite rapper’s favourite producer”, White is a long-time collaborator of Detroit rapper Danny Brown, and has produced critically acclaimed projects for ASAP Rocky, Mos Def, Freddie Gibbs, Charli XCX, Tony Allen, Obongjayar and more. Whilst beat-making is the cornerstone of his production technique, Paul White has proven himself a versatile songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist bringing his psychedelic hip hop sound into many collaborations.
